Our Story

Thanks for visiting! I'm Laura, the owner/designer here at Tampa Design House. At 22 years old and newly graduated, I packed up my family's minivan and moved down to Tampa from Chicago, IL. I didn't know a single soul but soon fell in love with the little community here in Tampa Bay.

 

As someone who comes from a big city, I couldn't believe the tight-knit community that I found here and I wanted to create something to celebrate it. I began this small business in early 2020 selling stylish, minimalist Gasparilla t-shirts. I have since then expanded into other apparel representing Tampa Bay.
